Terms of Service
The terms covering this website and the work we carry out. Written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.
Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The content here is provided for general information about plumbing work in the Denver area. It is written carefully and reviewed before publication, but it describes typical situations rather than your specific property.
Guidance is not a diagnosis
Nothing on this site is a substitute for someone inspecting your plumbing. Articles describe how problems usually present and what the options generally are, because understanding that makes you a better informed customer.
Acting on general guidance without an inspection is your own decision. Where an article suggests something is urgent, treat that as a reason to call rather than as a conclusion about your property.
Anything involving gas, live electrical circuits near standing water, or sewage should be handled by someone qualified rather than attempted from a written description.
Quotes, pricing, and the work itself
Prices quoted on site are based on what is visible and accessible at the time of the visit. Where opening a wall, excavating, or removing a fixture reveals something materially different, we will stop, explain it, and agree any change with you before continuing.
Any cost ranges mentioned in articles are general planning figures rather than offers. A quote is a written figure given for your specific job after someone has looked at it.
Work is carried out to the applicable codes in force at the time. Where a permit is required, we pull it and coordinate the inspection unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Availability and forwarded calls
We aim to answer every call and attend every job ourselves. During peak demand, after hours emergencies, or when the schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you are not left waiting.
Where that happens, the other provider contracts with you directly. Their availability, pricing, and terms are their own, and you should confirm licensing and insurance with whoever carries out the work before it begins.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is limited to what is directly caused by our own negligence. We are not liable for decisions taken purely on the basis of general information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, and images on this site belong to Bain Brothers Plumber. You may link to pages freely and quote briefly with attribution.
Reproducing substantial content elsewhere requires permission, mainly so that any version circulating stays current with later revisions.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes fall to the courts of that state.
They were last updated in August 2026. Where they change materially, the updated date on this page changes with them.
